Yes. Every sample is a redacted deliverable from an actual project we estimated. Client names, addresses, and identifying details are removed, but quantities, line items, plan overlays, and formats are unchanged. You are seeing real work, not a mock-up.
Each takeoff sample includes a cover sheet with project scope, a colour-coded plan markup overlay showing every item counted, a detailed line item spreadsheet by CSI division, and a summary roll-up sheet. Where available, the Excel version is a separate editable file.

The format and structure are identical to live orders. Our samples use the same Bluebeam takeoff workflow, the same CSI MasterFormat line item structure, and the same Excel template. The only difference is that sample quantities reflect the original project, not yours.
